Five 5 things to ask photographers before you hire them, and Darrek Robertson replys to those questions...
1. How long have you been in business? I have been a professional photographer since 1988. First a classically trained film and studio photographer, and then adding editorial projects.
2. Do I get the high resolution files of the images and can I print them? Depending on the package you purchase, when we are finished editing the images, you have access to the high resolution files to print and share as you wish, we also provide an online ordering website you are welcome to use and share.
3. Do you have any work/ samples online I can look at? Sure do, besides this website,
check out our blog, Columbus Ohio Now.
4. What other fees are there after I book you? If you have additional retouching needs outside the scope of what was provided, a small fee for creative editing and retouching will be charged. If you purchase photo gifts via our website, those will also be additional.
5. What if I do not like the photography, what then? That is a great question, we are not happy unless you are happy. We will look at editing and cropping ideas that fit the concept you were looking for or use Photoshop with other photographic products to get the results you are looking for. Sometimes the type of paper you print on makes all the difference. Early communication in the booking process is key.
Option B would be a reshoot, or work on a return of your deposit. None of the photographs will then be available for viewing at that point.
